Organizations, Communities & Leaders

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.

~ Margaret Mead

Organizations and communities are their own unique “organisms”, comprised of many people who must engage together in healthy ways for the organization itself to be healthy.

To achieve this, I take an integrative holistic and restorative approach that acknowledges interconnectedness and honors all of our relationships.

With 25 years of experience supporting forward-focused organizations, communities and leaders in creating culture, facilitating transformation and promoting sustainability, I offer a range of tailored engagement types of varying lengths depending on your needs, including:

  • Program Development

Within these categories, the work we do together can focus on any of the following and much more:

  • Restorative Approaches at Work
  • Shaping a Shared Vision for the Future
  • Team & Community Building
  • Wellness (e.g., meditation and mindfulness for stress reduction and increased focus)

Beth Shekinah Terrence has incredible gifts as a facilitator and teacher. In addition to developing and co-leading a number of programs over the years, she recently created a 9-month Co-Visioning Circle for 12 key women from around the world who had served different roles in our organization. Beth Shekinah brought restorative and experiential practices to each Zoom call with deep presence and compassion for a wide range of experiences, emotions, and feelings to be expressed. She holds space with an open heart, shares life wisdom, and adapts the structure to meet the needs of the group, and each participant, in the moment. She is a gift to any organization or team that is looking for transformation.
